Spiced with ginger, coriander & chilli, this is a salsa for your meatballs (fill them with grated cheese for extra flavour!) Or your cheese platter – great with hard cheese. Serve on Rye toast topped with poached free range eggs. Stir through pasta or even use as a pizza base.
