Chilli & Ginger mayonnaise with a fresh lime added. Stir through seafood pasta – the combination is fantastic! Serve with baked or grilled fish. As a dressing for a salad of roasted veges on a bed of baby rocket. Perfect dipping sauce for prawns. Add a spoonful to fishcakes. Spread over the whole fish & bake or mix in with steamed potatoes.
