A super tasty spread packed with Rosella fruit, tastes similar to raspberry and rhubarb. This tart jam is a traditional delicacy in Queensland and the Northern Territory. Delicious smother on thick white toast or scones. Can also be mixed with BBQ sauce and served as a spicy chutney. Rosella has grown on the fringe of rainforests in the tropical north for thousands of years.
