Smokey flavour of a campfire in the African bush. Blend of cardamon, cinnamon, cumin and coriander. Good on lamb roast, ribs or chops on the ‘braai’ (BBQ). For the best results, mix with a little oil and rub over meat before allowing to stand for 30 minutes!
